After doing extensive research on SEO I have now found out how to optimize a website and currently have hundreds of my own web pages optimized to appear on the 1st page of Google. My methods are easy and anyone with a basic knowledge of the internet can use them to optimize their own website.
Where SEO is concerned you do not have to be at the mercy of your website designer, you can research what your website needs and then tell your website designer just what you want. Many website designers do not really have a clue when it comes to SEO so if you are in the know it will only help to give a boost the SEO of your site.
All you need to do is just learn a series of simple techniques on what to do to change your website to improve its performance on Google. As your website climbs in the Google rankings you will start receiving more visitors and can then use your website as an effective marketing and selling tool.
These simple techniques include researching your keywords, using your keywords in your page content, link building, using site maps, adding content to your site, etc.
SEO is very powerful and will help attract more visitors to your site but once you have them on your site you really need to be converting those visitors into customers to get the maximum return from your SEO efforts.
